2. Scope of Service: The Provider’s sole responsibility is the preparation of documents based on the information provided by the Client. The Provider does not offer legal advice, filing services, or courtroom representation.
3. Client Responsibilities: The Client assumes full and sole responsibility for all actions required following the delivery of the prepared documents, including but not limited to:
Filing Fees: Payment of all court costs, administrative fees, and filing charges.
Submission: Timely delivery and filing of documents to the appropriate agencies or courts.
Court Appearances: Tracking, attending, and managing all court dates or hearings.
Ancillary Requirements: Any additional steps, such as service of process, notarization, or supplemental documentation required by the court or governing body.
